As part of your stay, you agree to be subject to the following terms and conditions to ensure a quality experience for all our members. We're a community by members, for members, and we're here to make the best experience for you!
 
1. Copyright
a. Bolt, the Bolt character, Mittens, Rhino, Penny, and other associated  intellectual property is ©Disney. This site is in no way connected with the Walt Disney Company or any of its affiliates.
b. You may not post any original Disney content to the forums, except for  limited user icons of 100x100 pixels in size.
c. Links to media in remote locations are permitted, provided the media does not violate the "fair use doctrine" under US Copyright Law. Posts violating this will be edited or removed at the discretion of the moderators.
 

2. Registration Rules
a. You must be 13 years of age to register for a forum account.
b. You agree to enter current and accurate information and to keep that information current.
c. You agree to protect your account and access to the account. Use by others is prohibited.
d. Typical registration will grant you access to most forums, however restriction to certain forums can be done at the discretion of the moderation team, provided there is sound reason to do so and doing so would ensure a quality community experience.
e. IMPORTANT: New members should post at least once in the forum within 72 hours of registration. Registrations unable to meet this requirement will be deleted immediately in the interest of preventing false or spam registrations.
f. Registrations using data known to be from known spam sources may be subject to deletion/ban without notice. Information will be audited against www.stopforumspam.com.
 

3. Community Rules of Conduct
a. Harassment of other members is subject to a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy.  Harassment includes stalking, making any threats, unwanted sexual advances, or derogatory comments based on sexual orientation, hobbies/lifestyles, race or a hostile environment based on factors not  necessarily inside a member's control.
b. Swearing is allowed, however you may be subject to a warning if such conduct is found to be disruptive to the community as a whole.
c. All community members should do their best to maintain a positive, quality experience for other members.
d. Original content copyright is retained by the creator of the original work.
e. You may not claim copyright on content you do not have rights to.
f. Posts should be in English. Moderators cannot moderate in languages they don't speak.
g. Sexually explicit discussion is not allowed, except in clearly marked areas of the forum. Access to these forums will be restricted to members 18+ years of age.
h. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.
i. Don't violate the Universal Don't Be a Dick Rule.
 
 
4. The Complaint Process
a. Those who have a complaint should first try to handle the situation by directly addressing the situation in a public or private manner, as appropriate.
b. If a situation cannot be resolved through step a those affected should contact a moderator immediately.
c. Upon receipt of a complaint, the moderator will suspend the account of the offending party for review, regardless of degree of offense.
d. The moderator will review and resolve the situation based on the community rules of conduct. They will definitively establish any offenses on impartial evidence whenever possible.
e. If the complaint is related to harassment your account will be immediately deleted and banned from future use. If the complaint is of another nature you will be warned.
f. Warnings are on a rolling calendar of 1 year. Your account will be deleted and banned upon your third warning.
g. ALL MODERATOR DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
 

5. Changing Community Rules and Processes
a. Community Rules of Conduct and The Complaint Process can be changed  through public discussion on the appropriate message board.
b. Typical discussion time and input will be set around 14 days, unless  circumstances warrant otherwise. This will be 7 days for discussion, 7 days for voting.
c. Moderators will review impact and effect decisions IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE COMMUNITY. Note copyright and registration policies are not eligible for community decision, however suggestions and input are welcome.
d. Changes will be voted upon by the community, with voter eligibility set at a requirement of 15 posts. Members with less posts will have their votes disqualified and removed from the final tally.


6. Unusual situations & Privacy
a. In the event of a legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this forum the owners reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service).
b.Note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
c. The forum software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
